The Surgical COA is responsible for performing multiple duties within the clinical setting all intended to facilitate the smooth operation of a medical office and related surgical activities. Duties include coordinating patient appointments, surgeries, and ancillary testing, providing academic support and/or transcription support, and acting as an interface between surgeons and patients.
Urology is a fast paced clinic. The incumbent will require strong organizational skills and the ability to self-motivate.
Education:
H.S. diploma with or equivalent college coursework in the secretarial or medical sciences preferred.
