Opportunity to lead all surgical services operations for a prominent integrated health system in a picturesque New England city
Position Focus
- Lead operations for inpatient and outpatient surgical services across two campuses consisting of 22 ORs that conduct approximately 20,000 cases annually
- Partner with department leaders to develop either a renovation plan or new construction master facility plan for the organization’s ambulatory care facility
- Leverage clinical expertise and leadership experience to operationalize the department’s new hybrid OR
- Establish a collaborative environment between nursing, surgery, and anesthesia and bring best practices to the organization
