Further informations about this vacancy opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Our client in Vermont has an immediate need for a locum tenens Emergency Medicine Physician. This locum tenens opportunity cove! rs 3 to 4, 12 hour shifts a week, for 2 weeks a month throughout the summer. The shifts are on a rotating basis with equal day and night shifts. The ED has an annual volume of 15,000+ and is staffed by 6 physicians and 2 Advance Practice Providers. With 20+ in-patient beds, the hospital is designated a critical access facility. The hospital sees over 100 admissions per month. Diagnostic imaging, laboratory and transport services are available on-site 24/7 and the hospital employs General Surgeons, Orthopedic Surgeons, Pulmonologists, Radiologists, and has a full-time Hospitalist program available for consults. The candidate needs to hold a current BLS, ACLS, and ATLC certification.
