- Experience is required
Utilizes interpersonal, organizational and technical skills to provide ! an efficient working environment. This includes knowledge of instrumentation, instruments and the technology necessary for acting as a scrub assistant to the surgeon according to prescribed standards and working with other members of the health care team. High school graduate or equivalent required. Completion of a surgical technology course, certificate program or comparable experience required. Recent OR scrub experience required. Current CPR certification required. Certification from Association of Surgical Technologists preferred.
