Backoffice Operations Specialist [Greece]


 

  • Checking and confirming data in banking reports
  • Updating customers' and vendors' reporting sheets
  • Collaborating with the finance department in terms of invoicing accuracy
  • Entering data and information in the S.A.P system
  • Complying with banking policies and regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in the science of economics or business administration
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail required
  • Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)
  • Critical thinking and analytical approach
  • Team spirit, flexibility, and integrity
  • Previous experience in helpdesk/technical support in the banking sector will be considered a plus
