- Checking and confirming data in banking reports
- Updating customers' and vendors' reporting sheets
- Collaborating with the finance department in terms of invoicing accuracy
- Entering data and information in the S.A.P system
- Complying with banking policies and regulations
- Bachelor's Degree in the science of economics or business administration
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail required
- Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)
- Critical thinking and analytical approach
- Team spirit, flexibility, and integrity
- Previous experience in helpdesk/technical support in the banking sector will be considered a plus
