ABOUT OUR COMPANY:
Fluency Corp is a privately-owned group of talented instructors that want to take language teaching/executive language coaching (building fluency, polishing, improving communication) to a new level.

We not only teach our students through relevant, interesting conversation (as we all learned our first language!), but we motivate them to keep learning by communicating with others in the community, and trying new ways to learn that truly boost fluency like TV and making friends. We also give highly customized lessons based on client's job and interests.
We are serious about our jobs and care deeply about our students.
What we are looking for: energetic, passionate instructors that can engage professionals in meaningful, relevant conversation to build fluency and help them assimilate to Milan (IF APPLICABLE).
You must :
- - have 2+ years teaching SPECIFICALLY Italian to adults as private clients or small groups at a company, professional lessons
- - ability to assess your client's needs/goals during first week of lessons, and decide on a plan of action
- - be extremely comfortable teaching online and have your own account to teach with
- - be able to fill out a goals form and quarterly progress reports
- -decide on material/curriculum based on weekly needs of executive clients (could be accent work, email writing, presentations, grammar, business writing, building fluency through customized, relevant conversations, and more)
- -be always on time (preferably early)
- - be able to assess the student and found out what is most important and relevant for the lessons
All materials and books paid for that you need for the client, but you choose what is relevant for the client.
