Our client in northern Vermont is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hospitalist to join their current team of 35+ physicia! ns, comprised of internists, family practitioners, pediatricians, general surgeons, psychiatrists, orthopedic surgeons, ophthalmologists, ENT surgeons, and neurologists. Visiting physicians from a nearby medical center provide regular services for cardiology, oncology and podiatry. Candidates are expected to work a 7 on/7 off shift and independently round on the 4 bed ICU. Consultations are available with a staff Pulmonologist or through phone consultations with specialists at a nearby center. Located close to the Canadian border, the hospital serves a catchment area of 25,000+, spread across multiple counties.
