Health Clinic Building 14 Operatories A! ll Equipment is New Practice will be going online with New Dental Software and Digital X-ray by October, 2012 STAFF DATA: 2 Full-time Receptionists 3 Part-time Receptionists 1 Full-time Billing Supervisor 1 Office Manager 1 Full-time Dentist 1 Part-time Oral Surgeon 4 Dental Assistants 5 Hygienists PRODUCTION DATA: $3,000,000 Gross Production Average of 75 to 125 New Patients per month 12,000+ active patients OFFICE HOURS: Monday: 8-5 Tuesday: 8-9 Wednesday: 8-9 Thursday: 8-5 Friday: 8-5 Saturday: 9-12 **Schedule is FlexibleFull-time Opportunity** COMPENSATION: Expected 1st year Compensation=$145K to $200K Salary + Year End Bonus Settlement Paid Malpractice Insurance Paid Licensing Lab Fees deducted from production Employee Status Benefits Pre-Taxed from Year End Bonus Settlement **Washington County is a strong traditional area with an excellent standard of living; great schools, housing and healthcare.
