Dentist - (Dentistry) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day
Dentist opportunity in Vermont for a correctional facility! . Dentist is needed immediately to work Tuesday-Thursday from 8:30AM-5:30PM. Provider must be comfortable in correctional maximum security facility treating all male inmates. Procedures include mostly triage, fillings and extractions. This is a great opportunity to help serve your state of VT.
General dentists (locum tenens) diagnose, prevent and treat problems associated the mouth, such as plaque decay, cavities, and the repair of fractured teeth. They are usually the first point of contact for patients with oral health concerns, referring them to specialists such as endodontists when needed. Dentists are trained to use a wide variety of medical equipment, such as x-ray machines and drills, and are able to diagnose and treat a plethora of oral conditions.
