Surgical COA-Pediatric Neurosurgery

Description: Fletcher Allen Health Care is at the momment seeking for Surgical COA-Pediatric Neurosurgery right now, this occupation will be placed in Vermont. The Surgical COA is responsible for performing multiple duties within the clinical setting all intended to facilitate the smooth operation of a m! edical office and related surgical activities. Duties include coordinating patient appointments, surgeries, and ancillary testing, providing academic support and/or transcription support, and acting as an interface between surgeons and patients.
Education:
H.S. diploma with or equivalent college coursework in the secretarial or medical sciences preferred.
Experience:
Must have 3-5 years experience in an administrative setting, preferably a healthcare setting. This position supports one to four providers and schedules all patients and procedures for the clinic. Must have scheduling experience; previous surgical scheduling experience highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills are required. Must have a high level of professionalism. Ability to multi-task and prioritize are necessary. Must be able to work well under pressure.
Primary shift may vary from 8:00AM - 4:30PM or 8:30AM! - 5:00PM, no weekends required.
