Job Description

Are you an experienced financial professional who is passionate about making a direct impact to the business? In this role you will be asked to manage more advanced execution of General Ledger Processes.

Core Responsibilities:

• General Ledger Accounts analysis to find unexpected movements to assess taxes implication; maintain consistency and accuracy of financial records

• Follow all mandatory Tax and Statistical reports deadlines, prepare and submit everything necessary in time

• Secure that all tax payments details are correct and taxes paid in time

• E-keys obtaining/updates

• Manage contact with banks and authorities if needed

• Prepare and collect all required documents for banks, insurance companies, auditors and lawyers based on the statutory requirements

• Audit conducting, communication with auditors, preparing all required reports and documents

• Managing Salary payments

• Monitoring of legislation changes to secure all processes are correct

• To be a go-to person to find any potential risks

• Provide updates to leader to stay UpToDate with changes

• Financial statements preparation, quarterly and to provide to our external vendor for CIT Return preparation

Do you have what it takes?

• Proven track of long term experience on the similar role ideally from an international company

• Strong knowledge of statutory requirements for Ukraine

• Very good communication and collaboration skills, strong stakeholder management

• Advanced knowledge of English (daily communication) and Ukrainian language

• Ability to adopt new processes and skills, willingness to learn

• Previous experience with SAP is an advantage
