Gifford Medical Center in beautiful Randolph, Vermont, is seeking an LPN Office Manager to work in our Surgical Associates office. This is a unique opportunity to work in a spectacul! ar setting at a rural, financially stable, non-profit hospital with a progressive philosophy, supportive administrative team and advanced technology.
The LPN Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating staffing to assure patient and provider needs are met. Coordinating with Operations, payroll needs and time off requests for providers and staff, budget management, ordering supplies, medical records, equipment purchasing and cleanliness of health centers. Process reviews for staff evaluations, and conduct quality audits. This position will act as a liaison between Surgical Division Operations and Clinic, working closely with the VP of Surgery Division to establish best practices, and take an active role in hospital wide committees.
The successful applicant will be proficient with computers, have great attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. State of Vermont LPN license required.! Experience in healthcare preferred. EOE
